6.5 months progress and oral surgery after RNY.

Starting weight 401
Day of surgery 377
Today 6.5 months later 266
Starting co-morbids: high blood pressure, sleep apnea, pre-diabetes, severe exercise intolerance, Achilles tendonitis, knee pain.
Today everything is gone. I am still going to have to get a sleep study done but i am almost positive my sleep apnea is gone :-)
I had to have oral surgery so I am healing from that but I am starting the couch to 5k program as soon as the dentist clears me! I want to run in the Color Vibe race this year in October so I need to get ready. Can a 266lb chick run a 5k? I think so:-) Will update on my progress as it goes along. Note to anyone preop, if you are planning on have major dental procedures done, get them done before your surgery. It REALLY sucks having it done when you cant take Ibuprofen. And not being able to chew means slider foods and staying hungry. Finally had some lunch meat and cheeses today. Living off of soup is no fun. So if you can, get that situated pre-op.
